Convenient CBD Stay!
convenient location helpful staff affordable price
I found the location very convenient for accessing trams and Southern Cross Station! The reception staff was really good. They went out of their way to help with any request. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of food available at an affordable price. The coffee was great too!
The bed was a little on the hard side. The room got a bit cold overnight.

The reception staff were lovely. They were always ready to assist with a smile. They even helped locate an item I had left behind! Their responsiveness greatly enhanced my stay.

Convenient Stay near Southern Cross

The hotel's location near Southern Cross Station was convenient, tram access was very close. The room was clean, even if fairly basic. I especially appreciated the really good service from the reception staff. They were helpful even when busy. I praise them for fantastic service.
The bed firmness was a bit too hard for my liking. That was my ONLY issue though

Reception staff provided really good assistance and were very friendly, even during peak hours. They addressed all requests promptly and efficiently. Staff demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to help guests which I found helpful.

convenient location comfortable bed great bathroom close store
the location was very convenient, close to southern cross station (639 steps to be exact!). the beds were super clean and cozy. the bathroom was great. i found convenience stores just a 5-minute walk away.
the air conditioner was a little noisy, but i still managed to sleep well.

slow elevator impersonal hotel
The location was convenient.
The elevators were slow. Only one was working, it took a long time to go up and down. The hotel felt impersonal and somewhat run-down. I think I'd look for a different place next time
